Resumo
Este trabalho teve como propósito avaliar os níveis de maturidade da Manufatura Enxuta (ME) em ambiente de manufatura em diferentes plantas de uma empresa da indústria automobilística. Buscou-se investigar os níveis de maturidade em duas plantas da mesma empresa com diferentes tempos de implantação da ME e diferentes características organizacionais. O trabalho foi realizado por meio de uma pesquisa de campo com o método de múltiplos casos em unidades de negócio de uma montadora de veículos automotores, e pretendeu-se responder às seguintes questões de pesquisa: Qual é o nível de maturidade das unidades produtivas investigadas? e
Quais são as relações entre as características de implantação e o nível de maturidade encontrado em cada planta? . Assim, como resultado a identificação de aspectos e elementos organizacionais, relacionados à prática da ME, que poderiam ser associados aos níveis de maturidade da implantação Lean. Por meio da revisão da literatura, foram encontrados alguns modelos relacionados a níveis de maturidade da ME, tendo sido escolhido o modelo LESAT
(Lean Enterprise Self Assessment Tool) por apresentar todas as dimensões da ME. Para a identificação e caracterização das características de implementação foram utilizadas as bases de dados sobre a qualificação, desempenho e projetos do contexto da ME. Pode-se observar entre os resultados obtidos com a análise dos dados que o nível de maturidade encontrado está bem relacionado com as principais características da implantação Lean, características como a
implantação de projetos traz um resultado claro que aumenta o nível de maturidade. Estas características apontam para um nível de maturidade superior, visto que onde se busca mais melhorias leva um resultado melhor e mais sustentável que leva a um maior nível de maturidade Lean.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Lean Manufacturing (LM) maturity levels in a manufacturing environment in different plants of an automobile industry company. It was investigated the maturity levels in two plants of the same company with different times of implementation of the LM and different organizational characteristics. The work was carried out through a field survey with the multiple case method in business units of an automotive vehicle manufacturer, and it was intended to answer the following research questions: "What is the maturity level of the productive units investigated? And "What are the relationships between the deployment characteristics and the maturity level found in each plant? ". Thus, as a result, the identification of aspects and organizational elements related to the practice of LM, which could be associated with the maturity levels of the Lean implementation. Through the literature review, some models were found related to LM maturity levels, and the LESAT (Lean Enterprise SelfAssessment Tool) model was chosen because it presented all LM dimensions. For the identification and characterization of the implementation characteristics, the databases on the qualification, performance and projects of the LM context were used.It can be observed among the results obtained with the data analysis that the level of maturity found is well related to the main characteristics of the Lean implementation, characteristics such as the implementation of projects brings a clear result that increases the level of maturity. These characteristics point to a higher level of maturity, as where search more improvements we obtain a better and more sustainable result that leads to a higher level of Lean maturity.
