Logistical challenges in the context of the globalized world, with the increasing integration of international and regional markets, necessitate the development of innovative solutions capable of optimizing the transportation of goods. The modern logistical challenge lies in the need to enhance the efficiency of loading and unloading processes, reducing idle time of transportation means. This entails improving supply chain delivery, reducing unit transportation costs, and increasing profitability through higher product throughput, where delivery efficiency is crucial. Retail companies have been investing more and more in transport and mobility in the delivery of goods and stock supply for logistical efficiency, being stimulated by e-commerce. As a result of this exponential increase in home deliveries of products and transit in logistics condominiums, it was necessary to improve loading and unloading mobility to provide services in less time and with greater performance. The objective of the FAST FLOOR project is to propose an initial automated moving floor system that can carry out the internal movement, loading and unloading of products. The system will be designed to be lightweight and easy to install in truck, being able to handle different types of cargo, with an emphasis on the retail sector. Industry regulations and safety standards will be taken into consideration, aiming to achieve a user-friendly and low-complexity solution. Furthermore, we will present the technical specifications of the system, including supported tonnage, applicable product types, equipment weight, power requirements, installation considerations, and recommendations for specific usage scenarios. The purpose of this project is to provide an introductory overview of a product that can and should be further enhanced in future academic articles and new projects due to its high economic potential.
