Resumo
© 2020New experimental data for density, speed of sound and viscosity for binary mixtures of protic ionic liquid {n-butylammonium methanoate (N4Met) + ethanol, or +1-propanol, or +1-butanol, or +1-pentanol} were measured in the whole concentration range at different temperatures T = (293.15–313.15) K and p = 92.3 kPa. These results were used to obtain derived mixtures and excess properties. Correlation for viscosity proposed by Grünberg-Nissan, Heric-Brewer, Van der Wyk and Katti-Chaudhri have been used to correlate the viscosity values for the binary mixtures. To complement the thermodynamics results, spectroscopic studies (1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR) have been performed.
