Resumo
Um dos setores mais tecnológicos e que está em constante evolução é o setor automobilístico, dia após dia diversas ferramentas e tecnologias têm sido criadas para melhorar esse setor, desde performance, durabilidade, segurança e até estética. Em caminhões pesados, movidos por motor a diesel, a energia gerada e aproveitada pelo motor é um fator extremamente importante quanto a distribuição dessa energia para os sistemas do veículo. Neste projeto, será estudado um método de geração de energia através da liberação dos gases de escape, por meio de um EGR Cooler combinado com um sistema que possibilita a transformação da energia dissipada na etapa de resfriamento dos gases de escape (EGR Cooler) em energia elétrica para que seja possível usar essa energia em sistemas secundários do motor, com isso a energia gerada pelo motor pode ser concentrada em seu objetivo principal, evitando ramificações dessa distribuição de energia. Será mostrado neste projeto como é possível realizar esta ideia, de acordo com métodos e materiais disponíveis, para que o consumidor final tenha em mãos um produto que atenda sua necessidade, baseado no seu uso e suas funções.
One of the most technological sectors that is constantly evolving is the automotive sector, day after day several tools and technologies have been created to improve this sector, from performance, durability, safety and even aesthetics. In heavy trucks, powered by a diesel engine, the energy generated and harnessed by the engine is an extremely important factor regarding the distribution of this energy to the vehicle's systems. In this project, a method of generating energy through the release of exhaust gases will be studied, by means of an EGR Cooler combined with a system that makes it possible to transform the energy dissipated in the exhaust gas cooling step (EGR Cooler) into energy electrical so that it is possible to use this energy in secondary systems of the motor, with that the energy generated by the motor can be concentrated in its main objective, avoiding ramifications of this energy distribution. It will be shown in this project how it is possible to realize this idea, according to available methods and materials, so that the final consumer has in hand a product that meets their needs, based on their use and their functions.
